ROSE SHOW PREP MEETING
This is our last meeting before the rose show.
Everyone who comes will be able to pick up their printed
show schedule. You can also take a few “Save the Date”
cards home to post in your local library or nursery.
There will be sign-up sheets for clerks, set-up
and take-down, simple lunch desserts, and arrangements.
We need your participation and help for this big event!
We will be going over the classes in the schedule.
This is a particularly important meeting if you are
new to exhibiting. We will show you how to fill in an entry tag
and enter your roses. The schedule will already be posted
on our website, so you can look it over and see what questions
you might want to ask.
Everyone is invited to bring a snack for the meeting
Check your postcard label for your renewal date.
