Updated Meeting Agenda
Due to the unforeseen circumstances, our meeting will be more of a holiday
gathering. Sheperd of the Valley Church has changed the time that we can use the hall, due to the funeral. The new time is 2:30 setup for vendors and 2:45 for RIRS members and their guests. There is not a set time for us to be out. We do hope people will bring some Holiday Food that we can all enjoy and socialize. We plan on bringing Hot Cider and Hot Chocolate!
Our Annual Crafter’s Holiday Event is being hosted by Pauline. We will have some crafters who have worked very hard in putting their talents together. Let us show our support as they will have unique gifts that can be purchased for family and friends. This has always been a fun filled event!
IMPORTANT: Calendars – RIRS 2026 should be paid for and picked up at the
meeting. Patsy will be there.
We may be starting a new tradition! If you would like to bring Non-Perishable
Food Items and/or Winter Coats- they will be donated to Shepherd of the Valley Church. Barbara will be taking care of this.
