ROSE SHOW PREP MEETING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is our last meeting before the rose show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Everyone who comes will be able to pick up their printed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

show schedule. You can also take a few \u201cSave the Date\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 cards home to post in your local library or nursery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be sign-up sheets for clerks, set-up<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and take-down, simple lunch desserts, and arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 We need your participation and help for this big event!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will be going over the classes in the schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a particularly important meeting if you are<\/p>\n\n\n\n

new to exhibiting. We will show you how to fill in an entry tag<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 and enter your roses. The schedule will already be posted<\/p>\n\n\n\n

on our website,  so you can look it over and see what questions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

you might want to ask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone is invited to bring a snack for the meeting<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check your postcard label for your renewal date. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
